Sustainability Report

Our Sustainability Report addresses environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. In it, we highlight progress in innovation, risk management, and sustainability, in addition to the consolidation of our responsible growth strategy.

The document directs and integrates ESG topics into the company’s strategy and business opportunities, aiming at the prevention of negative impacts and the amplification of positive effects on the environment and society.

Our support for society happens through partnerships and institutional initiatives focused on inclusion and citizenship, especially in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

How we put this into practice:

  • Support for social projects that serve vulnerable populations, with objective deliverables and result monitoring;
  • Diversity and respect at the core of our culture: through the “Somos = e ≠” (We are = and ≠) initiative, we promote awareness, dialogue, and a safer, more inclusive environment, both inside and outside the company.

We encourage culture, sports, and health and wellness initiatives that expand opportunities and improve the quality of life for various audiences.

We support projects that:
