IRB+Mercado Report
IRB+Inteligência, the data intelligence service of IRB(Re), Brazil’s largest reinsurer, will be making available a biannual edition of the IRB+Mercado Report, in English.
The service assesses the operations of the Brazilian insurance sector based on public data released by the market regulatory authority, SUSEP. Operations in damage, liability and personal insurance have been included.
December 2024
In December 2024, the Brazilian insurance market increased revenue (written premiums), an increase of 9.4% compared to the same month in 2023.
