IRB Brasil RE released, on Tuesday’s evening (10/26), a statement to the market informing the shareholders and the market in general the resignation of the Executive Vice President of Reinsurance, Isabel Blázquez Solano. The position will be held on an interim basis by CEO Raphael de Carvalho, who will accumulate the functions.
IRB adds that, following the restructuring of the company, the Board of Directors (BD) approved the creation of two non-statutory boards: P&C underwriting and Life Underwriting, both subordinated to the CEO.
