On Friday (10/01), IRB Brasil RE announced a Material Fact in which it informs shareholders and the market in general that, after completing the regulatory framework and collaborating decisively with the restructuring of the company, Werner Süffert, Executive Vice-President of Financial and Investor Relations, for personal reasons, will resign from the company on October 31st.
At the company’s request, Werner Süffert will collaborate in the search and selection of his replacement, as well as make the transition to his successor in order to ensure the continuity of activities. IRB thanked the executive for “his broad collaboration for sustainability and for improving the credibility and transparency of the company.”
