Working for more than 40 years in the insurance and reinsurance market, Cesar Cavalcante complements IRB Brasil RE’s team. The executive joins as direct advisor of the CEO and chairperson the reinsurer’s Board of Administration, Antônio Cássio dos Santos.
“His role is going to be important as a key executive. He has substantial living in management, technical, insurance marketing and especially corporate strategy areas. He comes to join efforts, and he will contribute very much to our administration”, says Antônio Cássio.
Cesar Cavalcante has worked in projects at large companies in the sector, such as Liberty, Porto Seguro, Mapfre and the groups Sulamérica, Allianz/RAS and Arbi, either as executive or as advisor.
